Throughout his career, he has developed his professional career in various international jurisdictions such as Andorra, Spain, Luxembourg, Monaco, Miami, Brazil and Switzerland, acquiring a deep knowledge of the banking and financial industry. His experience covers investment portfolio management, financial risk mitigation and management, corporate finance and commercial banking. He is certified in Finance by the Institute of Financial Studies (CEFA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC) in collaboration with Bentley College in Boston, USA.

Since founding Twinlions in 2017, Hugo Pou has led business management in multiple jurisdictions, managing a volume of resources in excess of 1.1 billion euros. In addition, he actively participates on boards of directors and acts as an independent consultant, providing an expert and strategic vision. His commitment to social development also links him to non-profit organizations in the Principality of Andorra, focused on promoting sports and nautical activities.
